Favorite IEOR Class and why:
INDENG 243 Analytics Lab. We presented our project, “Designing a Risk Dashboard for the Blockchain Ecosystem – NEAR,” which was the first capstone project completed in the INDENG 243 Analytics Lab course, in partnership with Almanax. In this capstone project, we developed a dashboard application that features a Python-based pipeline to ingest and analyze on-chain AI agent risk factors from the NEAR blockchain. Using Streamlit and SHAP for interpretability, we delivered actionable insights to strengthen the security and transparency of AI agents operating on-chain. The journey began in the first week of class when I proactively reached out to Professor Daniel Pirutinsky to explore the possibility of forming an external industry partnership. Since no student had attempted this path before in the class, it presented both a challenge and a unique opportunity. In the third week, I received a “yes” from Professor, a moment that felt even more meaningful than receiving an offer.
