TMT Investment Banking Analyst InternSummer 2022 Position Description: The Investment Banking Analyst Intern position will require working as part of a team to assist in the completion of corporate finance transactions that include mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and numerous other financial advisory mandates. Job responsibilities will include assisting Analysts in performing financial and valuation analysis, conducting industry and company research, preparing various transaction marketing materials, and contributing to aspects of client interaction and process management. The Investment Banking Analyst Intern position will last approximately 8-10 weeks and commence in May of 2022, upon completion of a candidate’s junior undergraduate year. Qualifications:Current undergraduate student intending to complete BA/BS degree in a business-oriented major; relevant coursework in finance and/or accountingStrong record of academic achievement; proven analytical ability and attention to detailDemonstrated leadership and interpersonal skillsHigh degree of academic and extracurricular achievementProven ability to work well in a dynamic team environmentSuperior writing and oral communication skills; willingness to commit ample time and energy to the positionQ Advisors is only able to consider candidates that are permanently eligible to work in the United States. Q Advisors Background:Founded in 2001, Q Advisors is a Telecom, Media and Technology investment bank that has managed transactions for companies located throughout the globe, with an aggregate transaction value of approximately $15 billion.
