Customer Support Analyst:
This is an entry-level customer support analyst opportunity for recent graduates and bright-minded customer service-oriented individuals. This work will train on fundamental IT troubleshooting issues and allow for a good work-life balance as you progress in your career. The company often promotes from within and we encourage anyone with even a slight interest in the world of technology and IT to apply because one door may often lead to another.
Troubleshooting, providing product information, walking clients through the process, and researching customer needs.
-Speak fluent Spanish or French (this is an international company so this is very helpful but not a requirement as the major market for our client is still in the United States)
– One-year customer service or phone/admin experience is preferable
-This role is currently remote (eventually may return to office)
