McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Intern in Springfield, MO located at the Springfield Distribution Center. This is a 10-week internship (June 2022- August 2022) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Supply Chain Intern will work supporting Distribution Center operations in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability, Cost, and Service. The intern will be part of a collaborative cross functional team working to standardize/improve processes. Throughout the summer, the intern will be responsible for leading 2-3 projects and supporting day to day operational tasks.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biological & Physical Sciences, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic understanding of food companies and their distribution
