This Summer 2022 Internship will be a 12-week internship starting on May 16th, 2022, and ending on August 5th, 2022. Working at our Store Support Center in Brentwood, Tennessee. As an intern, you will work alongside TSC professionals in a variety of areas to make a real impact on our business. You will have the opportunity to work on projects in the department, get exposure to day-to-day operations, and have a successful and meaningful internship.

Projects you will be working on will include:

• Store Delivery Network (Final Mile) data, analysis, and recommendations
• Research 3rd Party Delivery providers, documenting their unique models and fit within Tractor Supplies Delivery needs
• Competitive research/shops to identify Delivery opportunities for Tractor Supply
• Network modeling for Delivery models (store-to-customer coverage, maximizing delivery providers and delivery assets)
• Connecting customer insights to TSC Customer’s delivery needs

Qualifications

• Current student at an accredited university
• Senior or Graduate student preferred
• Analytical Skills along with knowledge & understanding of data tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Business Objects)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Motivated Self-Starter
