Whether you have a question or need some advice, you will always have a friend to lean on here. THE WORKThe first thing you will do is get trained on the Infor EAM solution. Initially the training is a combination of classroom and remote training on the Infor product itself, and the second part of the training is hands on experience with other Advoco consultants.Your main focus will be contributing to the implementation of Infor’s EAM system. This job requires passionate people committed to working together to put forth an innovative product for the client. Here are some things that are done during a Project Delivery:Engage with clients as a part of the Advoco implementation team to both understand their objectives and to determine their system needsWork with the Solution Architect to define project responsibilities and ensure efficient delivery timetableParticipate in the design of the solution that best fits the client’s needs alongside an Advoco Solutions Architect, looking for opportunities to improve the client’s business processesCustomize and build the solution using Infor EAM’s core configuration capabilities including screen designer, FlexSQL, and Cognos reporting servicesConduct any testing and troubleshooting necessary to ensure the optimal functionality of the solutionLead client training sessions and provide other end-user servicesProvide support for clients including resolution of questions or problems regarding the EAM solutionGenerate deliverable documentation for customersDevelop application knowledge in specific product suite and operating environment and technologies THE PERSON·    Detailed oriented, solution focused·    Communicative regarding timeline, design and delivery tasks to be completed·    Innovative and a creative problem solver·    Open and flexible to travel (nationally and/or internationally) in order to provide on-site consulting services to clients THE SKILLS·    Experience with business processes including use of system tools such as MS Visio and MS Project·    Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to create and maintain long-lasting client relationships·    Ability to manage multiple projects using outstanding organizational skills·    Take initiative in learning and developing EAM proficiency·    Ability and willingness to develop an understanding of SQL THE EXPERIENCE·    Bachelor’s Degree in computer, engineering, or technical related field preferred·    Excellent knowledge of PC environments particularly MS Office·    Experience working on technical or maintenance improvement projectsExperience with business processes including use of system tools such as MS Visio and MS ProjectExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to create and maintain long-lasting client relationshipsAbility to manage multiple projects using outstanding organizational skillsTake initiative in learning and developing EAM proficiencyAbility and willingness to develop an understanding of SQL Engage with clients as a part of the Advoco implementation team to both understand their objectives and to determine their system needsWork with the Solution Architect to define project responsibilities and ensure efficient delivery timetableParticipate in the design of the solution that best fits the client’s needs alongside an Advoco Solutions Architect, looking for opportunities to improve the client’s business processesCustomize and build the solution using Infor EAM’s core configuration capabilities including screen designer, FlexSQL, and Cognos reporting servicesConduct any testing and troubleshooting necessary to ensure the optimal functionality of the solutionLead client training sessions and provide other end-user servicesProvide support for clients including resolution of questions or problems regarding the EAM solutionGenerate deliverable documentation for customersDevelop application knowledge in specific product suite and operating environment and technologiesAdvoco is an equal opportunity employer.
