The Recruiting Coordinator provides support for all full-time recruiting efforts for the West Los Angeles office. This position involves performing a variety of functions that allow the recruiting teams to effectively attract, recruit and contract financial advisors. The Recruiting Coordinator has an overall understanding of the recruitments and on-boarding process for full-time candidates. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.

What you’ll be doing…
Recruiting
- Executing West Los Angeles office recruiting plan to reach activity and productivity goals
- Sourcing talent for the financial advisor role
- Calendaring interviews for candidates and preparing recruiting files for interviews
- Leveraging social media, job postings and referrals to grow the firm
- Maintaining client database and accurate records of potential candidates
- Manage the transition of candidates who are offered a contract, specifically navigating and overseeing the contract, licensing, and registration process along with initial training
Leadership Development
- Participating in all firm-wide meetings and development workshops
- Learning and gaining an understanding of the financial advisor role
- Direct mentorship from Managing Director and Director of Career Development
- Working toward promotion to Talent Acquisition Specialist
