HAPevolve is seeking an Operations Specialist. This position performs duties essential to HAPevolve’s operations and ongoing success. This role will provide operational support across a number of HAPevolve’s business lines including, supplier partnerships, consulting, HAPevolve services, and the HAPevolve emergency preparedness program.

 

This position will work with HAPevolve business development resources to support supplier partnership program deliverables and communications. Key tasks include: schedule and support business partner deliverables; business reviews, webinars, marketing communications, etc. and provide limited outreach to health care providers to facilitate sharing of information about HAPevolve solutions and partners. In addition, this position will work with HAPevolve business development in supporting HAPevolve asset disposition services. Key tasks include: coordinate listing, selling, and delivery of items sold under HAPevolve’s asset disposition program. Additional duties will include, working to support the deployment of other HAPevolve services through basic tasks related to customer acquisition, education, onboarding and support. Provide support for HAPevolve’s consultative services through supporting HAPevolve consultants in project deliverables, coordination of meetings and communication with clients.  Support outreach and business development efforts of the HAPevolve team and tracking and maintaining key sales, operations, and financial reports. Support the tracking of key information including: sales data, client contact information, financial metrics, and performance metrics and participating in HAPevolve team initiatives and projects as needed

 

Candidates for consideration must have a Bachelors’ Degree in an applicable field or five (5) years operational support experience. Knowledge or experience working in and around the health care industry preferred. Must possess excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player, goal-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities. Must be able to travel.
