At DISH, our Ops and Analytics early talent hires work on business-critical projects across our different lines of business – DISH, Sling, and Wireless. You will use data to draw conclusions and make decisions and project work could include improving predictive performance indicator accuracies on customer service levels, conducting competitive analysis on product costs or examining customer churn rates and relative marketing strategies. As an Analyst/Developer  you will be responsible for developing new business analytical solutions to integrate communications and data analysis within and between departments. In this role, you will help lead successful transformation in the way we do business by identifying and combining data to provide meaningful and fluid information to our operations.

  • Associate Financial Analyst

Be part of DISH’s innovation with our Finance team and influence our business from the bottom line. As a financial analyst, you will monitor daily financial activity, produce weekly and monthly reporting, forecast, and complete financial analysis. Additionally, you will analyze the financial impact of enterprise projects and make recommendations based on that analysis.

  • Business Operations Analyst

Business Operations Analysts work across all our lines of business! You will work cross-functionally with multiple organizations within Dish acting as a strategist, internal consultant, and project manager to implement new company initiatives and simplify business processes. You will use data to drive decision making no matter which department you help support.

  • Marketing Analytics Specialist

As a Marketing Analytics specialist, you will help with data mining and statistical analysis in the marketing organization, including the development of statistical targeting capabilities, creating and running advanced queries and reports, and performing customer-level analyses.

 

  • Project Coordinator or Project Manager 

As a project coordinator or project manager, you will help manage the design, plan, and implementation of strategic corporate projects. This could include project scheduling, status reviews, executive communication and approval, requirements gathering, documentation, or eventual deployment and implementation of the product and/or project. You will help to manage the coordination and project deliverables between internal teams and external partners. 

As a Supply Chain Buyer, you will help to provide Best-in-Class supply chain management for our fast-paced operations. You will collaborate with internal departments throughout the enterprise, and vendors externally as well. You might learn about activities associated with Accounting reconciliation, Ad Hoc Sourcing, Purchasing best practices, or Inventory. 

Skills, Experience and Requirements 

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (non-MBA) program with an expected graduation date between December 2021 and August 2022.
