The Product & Cloud Services team is leading that effort by pairing program management leadership with product and engineering leadership across all efforts.

We are looking for a versatile, dynamic, and agile Business Analyst to join the Strategy & Operations team who can think strategically while executing on and building operational capabilities.  You bring your passion to execute on high impact and broad reaching projects. Your analytical thinking and problem solving helps with faster and more sound decision making. This role will give you great perspective and exposure to PCS Strategy Planning and Operations.  

What is the primary need, technical challenge, and/or areas of responsibilities? 

As a member of the PCS Operations team, you will develop strong and collaborative partnerships with functional teams and Business Unit (BU) leaders to drive program management, on efforts such as strategic initiatives, annual planning, OKR’s for PCS. You will also manage and influence cross-BU stakeholders, and drive adoption of projects that deliver business growth, improve team morale, and drive cross-organizational efficiency. You will support execution on the PCS operations framework including staff meetings, quarterly business reviews, operational reviews, key business metrics reporting, and other critical avenues to constantly fine-tune and improve operational rhythm. You will have the opportunity to work with senior leaders. You will also have opportunities to uncover and address areas of opportunity.

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? 

You will report to the Director of PCS Strategy & Ops.  You will partner with stakeholders to facilitate the ongoing business management cadence including Quarterly Operations Reviews, Leadership meetings, PCS annual planning, LRP and portfolio review processes.

You will lead & support initiatives and engagements across broad cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic discussions, and help translate strategies and ideas into outcomes, actionable plans and results. You will partner with cross-functional operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
