This position will allow students to gain experience with maintaining billing systems, performing account reconciliations, recording daily journal entries, and conducting Month End Close to lock paid dates. This role will serve as direct support to Senior Managers, Senior Associates and fellow Co-ops/Contractors on the AR Team.Supplier AR: The Supplier Accounts Receivable team is responsible for all of Wayfair’s suppliers facing business lines, including our logistics network and our media and advertising programs. Wayfair’s suppliers facing business lines generate more than $1 billion in annual revenues from our more than 16,000 Suppliers. This position allows students to gain experience with tax compliance & reporting, audit defense, tax accounting practices, and various software applications. The role will directly support Senior Managers and Senior Associates of the tax team.Treasury: In Treasury some key tasks will include Daily Cash Reporting and Reconciliation, performing reconciliations of credit card charges and check payments, as well as reviewing Travel & Expense submissions.CG Finance: The CastleGate Finance Co-op program is an opportunity to learn about Wayfair’s proprietary logistics network and help drive the growth agenda of this fast growing business. In this group, you will help lead cross-functional projects that help drive the growth and profitability of CastleGate business and overall network.
