Development Producer, Originals

As the Development Producer, you will have the unique opportunity to drive initial development of our Cornerstone Originals learning content. You will champion projects through all stages of creative and editorial development, from content ideation through production to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development process. You will develop innovative, data-driven content pitches that leverage not only competitive and market research, but the latest consumer content trends as well.

In this role you will…
Work with the Head of Original Content to continuously identify opportunities for new series and/or new ideas for future releases of existing original series.
Conceive of and drive the development of new content, from conception to production to evaluation.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including brainstorm sessions and focus groups.
Transform research into insights, intuition into concepts, and concepts into new series and brands.
Write treatments, build decks, and produce proof of concepts for content pitches.
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
3+ years’ experience creating creative and editorial content in traditional, digital, or emerging media.
Strong research, writing and communication skills.
Skill in building persuasive development materials.
Demonstrated experience in content lifecycle/production – ability to receive feedback, take direction, iterate, version, etc.
Passion and belief in the power of content to positively impact the lives of employees and clients around the world.
Extra dose of awesome if you have…
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
Experience in the L&D, HR, or EdTech.
