About the Role

Logistics Property Company (“LPC”) is offering an analyst position in our Chicago office. The individual will be involved in all aspects of development including sourcing new transactions, engaging with market brokers, overseeing acquisition due diligence including third party inspections, working with architects and engineers on design/building layouts, soliciting and analyzing bids/proposal from general contractors, completing project underwriting and budget preparation, negotiating with lenders and equity providers on debt/equity structures, creating marketing materials for prospective tenants, overseeing construction, interfacing with tenants, and managing disposition efforts.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in real estate, finance, or economics. The individual should have strong financial/analytical skills, highly developed verbal and written communication abilities, be both an independent worker and a team player, be organized, and exceptional in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The ability to function with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative is a must. This position is both demanding and rewarding.
