We are seeking a Data Analyst in the Brookdale Department of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine to work on research studies related to serious illness, dementia, and end of life care using survey data (e.g., the Medicare Current Beneficiary Survey [MCBS], the Health and Retirement Study [HRS], and the National Health and Aging Trends Study [NHATS]) as well as health systems data. This position is ideal for Data Analysts with experience in non-linear modeling and management of complex longitudinal datasets who are interested in caregiving, serious illness, dementia, home-based care, and/or health disparities. Experience and/or interest in public health, epidemiology, and/or economics is helpful. This position may include opportunities for authorship on academic publications.
