· Analyze client travel requests, conduct unbiased industry research, manage findings, and present results to the client in a timely manner. · Manage daily client requests and manage real-time day-of travel communications between the client, vendors, and internal team. Proactively anticipate and manage potential changes and operational challenges through quality control checks. Document all client experiences and post flight feedback.· Manage and update the client travel calendar and database with requests and changes, ensuring its real-time accuracy at all times. Review and analyze all preliminary and final client trip sheets and invoices for accuracy and discrepancies.· Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and operators.
