As an Business Operations Analyst Intern, you will manage and support various aspects of the Facilities, Logistics, Operations and Finance departments. You will collaborate with these departments on business process elements from billing and PO management to occupancy management support. You will also have the opportunity to analyze the bill pay process and present your streamlining recommendations to management for implementation.



·     Facilities and Logistics PO management

·     Billing and invoice processing support

·     Bill paying process analysis and revision per found recommendations

·     Facilities and Logistics supplier setup & management

·     Facilities administrative support (occupancy management support, work order analysis, etc.)

·      Other duties and projects as required


  • Pursing B.S. degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field
  • MS Office proficient
  • Self starter and able to work independently and with a team

Position Details:

  • 6 month position
  • Hybrid model: 3 days in San Jose, CA office, 2 working from home
