Jetzy is looking for an energetic, curious, and driven Sales & Partnership Intern. The Sales & Partnerships Intern is responsible for coordinating with colleges & universities, corporations, travel, and other relevant institutions with the goal of connecting and forming a partnership with them. The Intern will be dealing with the designated departments to develop these partnerships. Interns will build relationships and consult with strategic partners and communicate the benefits of Jetzy and how Jetzy can provide a solution for their employees and student body for networking and traveling.
Through this position, the candidate can get involved in the core business development and help Jetzy develop institutional partnerships. Candidates will have exposure to various senior-level executives in multiple industries, build leadership skills, enhance their network, and build entrepreneurial skills. This position is an opportunity that will help you gain experience working in a fast-paced tech startup/social media company and learn hands-on experience in its operations. We have both full-time and remote/part-time assignment opportunities available. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative and people skills, with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
*This is an unpaid commission internship
-Create partnership strategies with businesses to advertise, promote or sell partners’ products or services
-Spearhead a campaign for distributing marketing materials to prospective partners
-Develop presentations to potential partners
-Create awareness of partners’ products and services through global social media channels
-Utilize personal and team resources & networks to identify additional partnership opportunities
–Research, contact and develop alliances with: Universities with large local and international presence for promoting Jetzy in their students and alumni; Corporations with high travel employees or large number of staff and international offices; Study abroad programs; Expat communities
-Build and execute brand partnership strategies for different colleges & universities and corporations worldwide
-Presentations to prospective business partners
-Ensure that there is a seamless process for providing pre & post partnership and dedicated customer service support to the partners
-Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
-Problem-solving skills – must be resourceful and creative with solutions
-Must be available to start within a week or two
