The City of Tacoma’s Information Technology Department is currently recruiting for a highly motivated, energetic, qualified candidate interested in innovation to join its Business Solution Functional team. The team is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the City’s SAP ECC 6.08 ERP software environment. The employee in this position serves as the primary subject matter expert for SAP ISU CCS module. This work requires independent analysis of moderate and complex situations.


Qualifications (Training and Education)

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or public administration or a related field and four years functional experience within SAP IS-Utilities, Customer Care & Services – OR – six year’s experience working specifically with SAP IS-Utilities, Customer Care & Services. Bachelor’s degree can also be substituted with four years of consultative experience in information technology analysis, system maintenance, or troubleshooting/problem resolution.
