The Business Analyst II position is the second level of the Business Analyst series and serves as a functional bridge between IT and the business unit. The responsibilities of this journey level classification are to provide functional analytical support to end users on automated systems, conduct workflow and interface analyses, configure SAP, design and develop customized reports and queries, testing and implementing processes for upgrades and conversions and fulling enhancement requests.

Qualifications

Equivalent combination to:

Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Business or Public Administration or a related field

AND 

Two (2) years functional experience related to desired technological platform and specialty (SAP Financial Accounting, Controlling and HCM/Payroll integration points).

OR

Four (4) years of experience working specifically with SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling and related Payroll functions (i.e. analysis, system maintenance, or troubleshooting/problem resolution)

Desired Qualifications

SAP: Four years of functional experience in the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules with a good understanding of the integration points with other modules, i.e. HCM/Payroll, Procurement and Material Management.
