Business and Data Analytics Associate

As a Business and Data Analytics Associate, your job is to democratize the right data at the right level for enterprise consumption. You will blend your deep technical data knowledge, strong business acumen and stellar problem solving abilities to help transform Kohl’s into a data native organization.

What would you do??

–Work as part of a balanced team with product management, engineering and design

–Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify problem statements that could be better actioned on with data visibility and analytical insights

–Enable value to be drawn from raw structured and unstructured data sources by applying complex derivations, transformations and rules

–Perform analyses of internal and external data to surface major trends and insights

-Design high-quality production data products that teams across the enterprise can depend on to run their business
