About the RoleThe Operations Analyst will assist other team members with a broad array of tasks. This position will gain exposure to multiple facets of the business as it is centrally situated within the organization. The Analyst will liaise with the Investment, Client Advisory, Client Service, Technology and Compliance teams by performing the following functions: OperationsProvide regular maintenance of the data residing in AddeparWork with client-facing teams to onboard new clients and accountsMonitor and enhance the processing of investment correspondence by third partiesTake part in implementing a premier tech stack to achieve optimum operational efficiencyRecommend and update policies, procedures, and training materials Data MaintenanceEnsure upstream data is feeding into Addepar appropriatelyRegularly monitor and reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure accuracyCollaborate with vendors to identify, manage, track, and resolve challenging issues ReportingInteract with internal teams to optimize their use of applications and systemsProduce reports for internal teams to make more informed decisionsGenerate, review, troubleshoot and distribute client reports About You 1+ years’ experience working in Finance or FintechBachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, accounting, or related studyPossess a genuine interest in operations, finance, technology, and data analysisKnow your way around Excel to compare and analyze large datasetsTechnically and intuitively minded when it comes to computer systems and applicationsSeek to resolve issues rather than delegate or ignore themStrive to build a more efficient solution to eliminate manual repetition.Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and self-motivatedStrong work ethic and ability to work well both independently and as part of a teamGenuinely like helping othersLove taking on challenges and finding creative solutionsDo not get flustered easilyIf you do not know the answer, you will dig until you find itCommunicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and personalitiesDiscreet in handling sensitive and confidential informationAbility to juggle multiple tasks with competing priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
