Our Summer Analyst program is an intensive 8-week internship for rising college seniors who wish to challenge themselves and gain exposure to a variety of business functions, industries, and capabilities. Our Summer Analysts are staffed on top-level consulting engagements just like our full-time analysts so that they can gain direct exposure to clients, build new skills, and make meaningful contributions. As a boutique firm, we are able to fast track our analysts’ learning and experience in a manner not possible at larger, legacy firms. Senior team members drawn from the world’s top consultancies (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) provide oversight and mentorship to our Summer Analysts, helping them develop their problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
