This position in the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services is an administrative position working in small and dynamic high-performing team. The position is responsible for data analysis, program planning, evaluation and contract monitoring, including performing quality assurance activities, assessing compliance with relevant federal managed care laws and policies, writing reports, providing training and technical assistance to community partners, and making policy and program recommendations to Division management. The position will also be responsible for developing data collection systems and performing a variety of data analyses to evaluate program and system-level performance and outcomes to make policy recommendations.There is one full-time vacancy. ABOUT YOUOur Highly Qualified Candidate:The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of and experience in data systems and analysis, program development, evaluation, contract monitoring, and using performance and outcome data for the purpose of continuous quality improvement. Experience performing administrative and analytic duties, including developing data collection systems and automating reports, managing contracts, processing invoices, assessing programs for compliance with regulations , analyzing program and fiscal data, and performing other quality assurance activities. Experience with and level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other software/programs is ideal. The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritize and make sound, independent decisions, be team-oriented/experience working with a team , and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has experience with DRUPAL, statistical software and other Behavioral Health data systems and Electronic Health Records. The ideal candidate has experience working/collaborating with diverse populations and has the interpersonal skills and analytic ability to formulate clear recommendations verbally and in writing to administrative management staff and to community partners.
