Evan Gong announced as winner of Jengyee Prize

Evan Gong, a junior studying Political Economy and German, is awarded for his pursuit towards creating legislation that expanded personal finance education.

Evan Gong, a junior studying political Economy and German, is awarded for his notable contributions in advocating for legislation that significantly expanded personal finance education. He was inspired to engage with this issue after realizing the problematic gap in practical, interdisciplinary skills that would prepare students to succeed in the real world.

The Jengyee Prize recognizes well-rounded undergraduate students at the University of California, Berkeley with exceptional leadership in creating a better world.
