Albourne is proud of its flat structure with over 90 Partners, over 75 of whom are either share or option holders.The RoleWe are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to assist our HR department with administrative support and HR-related tasks.ResponsibilitiesScreening potential employee’ resumes to identify suitable candidates to fill open job opportunitiesSchedule and confirm interviews and all relevant detailsUpdate job listings and information, as neededPosting job opportunities to job boards, internal and social media platformsRemoving job announcements from job boards internal and social media platforms once vacancies have been filledInitiating background checks on shortlisted applicantsUpdating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment detailsCoordinating new hire orientationsAssisting in the planning of company eventsAd-hoc projects relating to the HR function What We’re Looking ForStudying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related fieldStrong written communication skillsProactive self-starter, proficient time management and multi-taskingProfessional demeanour and strong interpersonal skillsSystems literacy (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)Comply with terms of Albourne Compliance Manuals  Benefits and PerksEveryday Wellness, virtual weekly yoga and fitnessJob Type: 3 MONTH INTERNSHIPPay: $20/hourLocation: Norwalk, CT/RemoteWork authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United StatesAlbourne America LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
