IVP is recruiting an intern to join its Investor Relations team for Summer 2021. This is a paid internship over a 2-to-3-month summer span. The role will be virtual, but candidates in the Bay Area are preferred for optional in-person engagement. The Investor Relations team is responsible for capital raising activities, Limited Partner relationships, and related strategic initiatives across the IVP platform. The successful candidate will play an important role enriching IVP’s investor positioning and related collateral and understanding the broader Limited Partner landscape to benefit IVP’s capital raising activities. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the private markets and broader investor ecosystem. This position will work on projects including, but not limited to:· Analyzing historical investment performance to assess trends in activities· Evaluating Environmental, Social, and Governance programs across the private markets landscape· Understanding venture capital benchmarks relative to IVP’s performance· Participating in the execution of fund formation for specific opportunities· Developing materials for and joining quarterly update calls with Limited Partners Candidates must be analytical and thoughtful.
