• Bachelor’s Degree (Including those that will graduate in May 2022)

Job Duties:

• Developing, maintaining, and managing broker partnerships in specific states and/or territories across the US
• Managing a field of brokers by delivering exceptional, timely, and accurate service to brokers to attain company growth, new business and profitability goals
• Develop trusted, respected, and lasting relationships with agent partners
• Work with agents to craft best solutions for their clients
• Share knowledge and best practices with agents
• Underwriting duties
• Analyzing, assessing, and selecting risks in accordance with the company’s underwriting guidelines
• Working on assignments that may require using exceptional time management skills
• Attending additional training and educational workshops to further develop both personally and professionally during your career in insurance
• Being recognized for exceptional performance
• Playing a game of ping pong in the company’s cafe, taking a yoga class led by one of your coworkers on the roof deck, volunteering in the local community with your new coworkers :]
