Job Description: Supply Chain InternBloom Energy, a solid oxide fuel cell company, is looking for an Undergrad Intern to join its world class team. This individual should be a dynamic professional who is looking for a rewarding future in one of today’s most exciting technologies.Location: This position will be based in Newark, DE (physical presence required)Role and Responsibilities:Establishes the production schedule in the ERP system by firming, releasing and tracking the flow of work orders in the ERP systemDrives transaction discipline, ensures that manufacturing reports each milestone operation in the ERP system tracks the timely close of work ordersEstablishes and maintains ERP item planning parameters including manufacturing lead times, planning time fences, order modifiers and continuously improves data integrity in the ERP systemRevises the schedule according to work order specifications, established priorities, and availability of parts & materialCollaborates with all functions to ensure buy in and adherence to the production scheduleDevelop and publish inventory reports to management outlining current inventory levelsAnalyzes inventory and transactional data to look for trends and opportunities for improvementDevelop an understanding of current Planning / Inventory processes and work with the Planning team members to implement process efficienciesSkills and Experience:Pursuing a BS/BA Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business /EngineeringMust have good verbal, written, communications skills. Ability to understand/interpret dataAbility to work with close-knit teams in a fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of/experience with MS OfficeHighly analytical skill set with excel experience and attention to detailsYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, and are successfully maintaining an above average GPA, preferably 3.0 or higher.This internship is scheduled to begin June 2021 and end on approximately August 2021.About Bloom Energy:At Bloom Energy, we strive toward a 100% renewable future.
