Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityWe are currently seeking an early-stage career strategist / business analyst to join our growing team and help shape future growth initiatives via data and customer driven analyses. In this position you’ll join a small group of passionate strategists, innovators and business executives and act as a key thought partner and liaison to our executive leadership team. In short, we’re looking for our next #FutureShaper – is that you?The successful candidate will be able to develop and drive strategies via deep research and data driven analyses that ultimately become central to the growth and profitability of Honeywell’s PPE business lines (healthcare and industrial). The projects you work on will be significant in nature, and you’ll have direct access to and learn from our President, COO and Director-level leaders across the organization. You’ll help identify new innovations that will drive our future growth, and conduct analyses that drive improvement opportunities across our existing businesses. You’ll be a critical investigator of the strategic landscape with both a macro and micro lens in terms of market, customers, competitors, technology, and geography. If you’re looking for everything that a typical strategy consulting position has to offer, but in an entrepreneurial corporate environment where you will work and learn from senior leaders daily, you’ve found the right spot. Roles and Responsibilities Ø Utilize a macro and micro lens to assess markets, customers, competitors and technologyØ Develop informed business cases based on data-rich market and industry analysesØ Drive Voice of the Customer activities to validate market understanding and mine unmet customer needs for new product, service, and solution developmentØ Provide execution support for the 5-year strategic planning processØ Identify growth and competitive advantage opportunities by identifying technology trends, portfolio integration and expansion opportunities and business model evolutionØ Identify and scout for new and emerging technologies and start-ups in SPS’ focus industriesØ Develop commercialization and go-to-market plans for upcoming product launchesØ Create presentation and pitch materials to secure seed funding from corporate stakeholders on breakthrough initiatives70% Strategic Planning and Business Analyses 20% Innovation 10% Go-To-Market ActivitiesØ This role will be based in the Greater Charlotte area. YOU MUST HAVE·        Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing from a Top Tier university with a 3.5 minimum GPA OR experience working with or interning at a top tier management consulting firm, leading technology company, venture capital, start-up or related organization WE VALUE·        Strong team building and problem-solving skills·        High level presentation and communication skills·        Ability to forge solid relationships and manage across a broad and geographically dispersed business·        Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems in a self-starting atmosphere   Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
