Role focused on Customer Analytics for Latin Am. and Carrib. making recommendations and predictions to internal groups on customer targeting, retention, mitigation and loyalty using advanced analytical techniques. Activities include extracting data from various data sourcing, analyzing and converting into visuals to tell story of findings and making recommendations of actions to leadership. Projects vary from diagnostic, descriptive and predictive analytics. Preference with experience in advanced analytics on predictive models.

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in finance, economics, marketing analysis, computer science/information systems, project management or related analytical fields. MBA or MS in appropriate discipline preferred. (5) years of professional experience in finance, marketing, business consulting, engineering planning, information systems consulting, project management or similar quantitative business analysis. Micro/macroeconomics & financial theory (or) strategic marketing theories/techniques (market research, strategic models) (or) industrial engineering/planning theory (or) computer science/information systems theories/techniques (or) project management best practices. Knowledge of computer languages (SQL), computer database or information systems development. Strong quantitative/data analysis skills or business analysis and requirements definition skills in support of information systems development. Strong analytical, project management, human relations, & communication skills. Required strong oral & written English language skills. Preferred Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills.
