Job Description:

The Senior ERP Systems Analyst provides functional support activities for College’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. This position analyzes end-user requirements, responds to and resolves more complex end-user requests/issues, participates in end-user support and training activities, acts in the role of analyst to define/refine business processes and support end-user’s reporting needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Analyzes impact to customizations when applying patches and bug fixes using PeopleSoft compare reports

•Performs fit/gap analysis of more complex in-house, third-party or custom solutions to make recommendations for IT solutions

•Assists functional owners to develop functional specifications detailing logic, configuration, and security requirements

•Works with functional owners, uses knowledge to create business workflows, identify and implement solutions to meet needs

•Collaborates with technical developers to provide Tier II production support, while creating reports, queries, and workflows

•Coordinates technical resources to troubleshoot issue, and supports functional testing cycles, defect tracking, and resolutions

Minimum Requirements: 

•Minimum of six (6) years of progressive systems analyst experience in specific business domains and related PeopleSoft ERP system modules 

•Knowledge of PeopleSoft Query Manager, SQL queries and scripts

•Demonstrated experience working with end-users to analyze needs, and define requirements

•Demonstrated experience developing training materials, training and supporting end-users

•Knowledge of the current and developing information technology services requirements in a large educational institution
