The Scrum Master will be directly responsible for managing the platform scrum teams while coordinating alignment with other scrum teams within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Champion Agile & scaled agile transformation best practices for Engineering and Product Management teams
• Align tools and frameworks to reflect team and organization KPIs
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Provide artifacts for reporting at Scrum and Scrum of Scrum levels
