Golden Artist Colors is seeking a:

Position Title: S&OP Supply Analyst                        

Location: New Berlin

Supervisor: S&OP Lead

Department: S&OP

Regular Monday through Friday workweek. 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:             

GOLDEN’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Center was created to drive innovation and improvement, while creating an organizational structure that encourages the different members to measure, experiment, and push each other forward. By promoting more transparency and more shared results, it is a powerful way for the organization to align around business goals. 

S&OP Supply Analyst is responsible for analytics, metrics, project management and continuous improvement within Operations and Planning. As part of S&OP Center institutionalize S&OP through training and education.

The incumbent is responsible to create, maintain, and continuously improve inventory management processes that ensure Golden is implementing optimal inventory levels and accuracies that meet our business, cost, and service levels.

They will also communicate and execute corporate, strategic initiatives within the organization and Supply Chain in support of major S&OP projects: new product launches, discontinuations, inventory levels, manufacturing/productivity, and distribution/logistics.

Education Required:                     

  • 4-year degree in supply chain management, logistics, or other related disciplines. 
  • APICS – CPIM Certification – beneficial

Experience:   

How Much: 3 -5 years

Type experience: Supply Chain analytics, business intelligence, project management, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment. Experience with Sales & Operations planning tools and integrated ERP systems. Ability for systems focused problem solving in a cross functional environment.
