This position is part of the AmeriCorps VISTA program. The VISTA will provide critical support to the Catholic Charities supportive services programs, primarily assisting the facilitation and oversight of connection opportunities for agencies across the Catholic Charities member network. The VISTA will also coordinate resources, such as newsletters and webinar presentations and assist in the collection of data across sites to monitor and evaluate effectiveness. Additionally, the VISTA will collaborate with the CCUSA Research and Evaluation team in curating a resource inventory for the network’s use. The inventory will address program-specific performance and outcome indicators, and evaluation best practices considering 2Gen, social determinants of health, and racial equity frameworks. These activities will ensure the organization and coordination of program requirements can expand the development and accessibility of resources that member agencies implement locally to enhance their foundational services.
