Hiring Now for a Construction Coordinator – Position is Remote until sometime in Q3Monday – Friday 7 am – 4 PM – LOCATION – LIVERMORE CALIFORNIA – MUST BE LOCAL Fortune 50 telecommunications Corporate office (West Coast Operations) is seeking a Construction Coordinator. The construction Coordinator will be responsible for making sure all residential construction jobs follow the process flow set by division and all timelines are met, while maintaining data integrity within Job Tracking. Reviews and monitors all residential construction jobs from creation to completion ensuring all actions are completed in a timely manner, all required documentation is provided and milestone are set. Responsible for planning and assisting in the development, Implementation, and support of new processes within Job Tracking. Maintains the integrity of the database while supporting the company’s vision to continue to expand the business within our markets. Additional Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) construction practices and procedures desired. advanced excel ability with MS Office Suite; Long term indefinite.
