Job Description:

• Conduct market research on mortgages/securitized products
• Building models and tools using Python, Excel-VBA, to analyze mortgage securities and other securitized products
• Communicate findings to the portfolio manager and team

Qualifications/Required Experience/Skills:

• Ability to code in Python
• Strong quantitative skills
• Comfort with probability and statistics
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive attitude
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Interest in financial markets
• Knowledge of SQL, VBA
• Advanced Excel knowledge
