Rosov Consulting is seeking a Project and Operations Assistant to support (1) our research and consulting team serving national and international clients in Jewish education, nonprofits, and philanthropy with logistical, administrative, research, and communications tasks; and (2) our operations team with general office management and team coordination. Working with both teams will give you multifaceted experience in both social science research and evaluation as well as the operations of a professional services firm, with a heavier accent on the former. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our Berkeley office primarily during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are currently in-person in our offices two days per week and remote the other days. We anticipate increasing our in-person work while maintaining some flexibility as COVID-19 restrictions are loosened. What You Will Do:You will play an essential role supporting our project and operations teams by:Scheduling interviews, focus groups, and client meetings — helping us stay organized and on track.Uploading and fielding online surveys, managing respondent contact lists, and monitoring survey response rates when needed — setting our data collection efforts up for success.Cleaning, deidentifying, and organizing quantitative and qualitative data — helping ensure the quality and integrity of our data analyses. Proofreading and (dependent on skills) copyediting reports, memoranda, and presentations in coordination with our communications team — helping ensure we deliver top-quality products.Handling mail, ordering supplies, answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and keeping common areas of our North Berkeley office tidy and organized. – supporting our day-to-day operations.Additional tasks as assigned. As an international team our work runs in the “cloud,” so you’ll need to use our extensive communications and project management systems including Google Workspace, Dropbox Business, Slack, Zoom, and Monday.com—in addition to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
