EPA Region 2’s Data Management and Program Support Team (“Data Team”) is responsible for measuring, evaluating, and interpreting data for all of EPA’s compliance monitoring and enforcement actions administered in EPA Region 2. The Data Team uses SharePoint, R, and Qlik Sense (EPA’s business intelligence platform) for these purposes and is seeking someone who can extract, manipulate, integrate and analyze enforcement and compliance data from multiple sources using programming languages to write code.Incumbent will analyze, track and improve the effectiveness of the enforcement and compliance assurance programs that EPA administers in New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and 8 federally recognized tribal nations.Duties• Develop and apply analytical approaches, methods, and techniques for carrying out projects that evaluate and improve organizational effectiveness• Use programming languages (ex. R, Python, SQL) and business intelligence software (ex.
