The Procurement Process Analyst will perform Supplier Qualifications, process purchase requisitions, service entry sheets and goods receipts utilizing SAP as well as report compilation for SAP and Supplier Qualification data. He/she will provide first level SAP support troubleshooting SAP technical issues and responding to FAQs via request tool. Ad-hos Procurement task will be performed as needed. Strong SAP support and Procurement experience is required. This is a full-time contract position for a 12-month duration with a full benefits package and it will be on a hybrid remote work schedule, working three days in office and two days from home. Main accountabilities:Create Purchase Requisitions and Outline/Frame Agreements in SAP-MMCreate Goods Receipts and Service Entry Sheets in SAP-MMCreate and Maintain Vendor Master data in SAPPerform Supplier Qualifications for EDPR NA platformWorks directly in SAP to provide Super User support to EDPR NAResponds to Procurement request via Appian request tool.Log and capture information in Appian to maintain procurement dataResponds to 100+ SAP/Procurement inquiries dailyGenerate monthly or as-needed reports from Supplier Qualification and SAP dataLiaison to Business Admin Support area responding to SAP FAQsMaintain professionalism and ability to maintain confidentialityAdditional Procurement duties as requiredMinimum qualifications:Associate’s degree or demonstrated progress toward a degree3+ years of related purchasing experience5 – 7 years SAP ExperienceSAP Super UserProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products preferred.Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise preferredBehavioral requirements:Ability to perform duties in a collaborative working environmentAbility to quantitatively analyze data derived from different software platforms, present results visually and qualitativelyMust have persistence needed to follow through and achieve resultsAbility to apply EDPR NA’s visions and valuesHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilityStrong Verbal and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to be self-motivatedPhysical demands & working conditions:Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environmentSpeech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule formLifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 poundsVision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule formSafety: Ability to understand and communicate safety precautions when necessary
