Your Mission:

The Pricing Analyst will play a critical role on the Strategic Pricing and Analytics team to shape new offerings for our customers. Medidata at its core is an innovative company and produces a steady stream of pioneering new offerings for our customers to accelerate and improve their clinical trials. The Analyst will work closely with Medidata’s innovators to bring these offerings to market. The Analyst will also be a key player in support of the Pricing team’s overall goal of driving growth and product adoption across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities are:

• Build go to market plans for new offerings, including target customers, pricing approach, and key success metrics
• Develop in depth knowledge of new offerings and competitive factors, working cross functionally with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to bring them to market
• Present to cross functional teams on offering status and performance
• Ensure smooth integration of new offerings into our pricing, quoting, and financial systems

Your Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Your Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Prefer 1+ years experience in consulting, banking, or internal product/corporate strategy
• Helpful to have experience in business case development/pricing, market analyses, financial modeling and new product introduction
