Master’s degrees in same disciplines preferred but not required.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of competency in areas such as data analysis, scripting, visualization, developing operational models of client’s supply chain.Be able to work within a team, yet be self-directed/motivated.Be results oriented, have a high level of energy, and have experience in a fast-paced Agile environment.Must be comfortable in giving presentations to clients. Strong oral and written communication are critical to success.Experience in the manufacturing and distribution domains of supply chain including raw material, semi-finished, and finished goods packaging and distribution is highly desired.Experience with simulation & modeling tools, highly desired.Technical Skills Required:1+ years of experience with database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc.)1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel platform including analysis using Excel.1+ years of experience in mathematical solving and heuristics programming. In particular CPLEX/OPL programming highly desired.Proficiency & experience with solver libraries and operations research tool kits such as CPLEX, Gurobi, FICO, COIN-OR, Machine Learning, etc.Data analysis experience using Excel, SAS, R, JMP, Minitab, and/or KNIME platformsExperience using BI/Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, Qlik preferred.Scripting experience using Python and JavaScript to automate work flow, when neededFamiliarity with workflow automation/Robotic Process Automation, a plusFamiliarity with major technology stacks such as MEAN, .NET, LAMP, etc. is also required. Other:This position is based in York, PA but remote candidates will be considered.Travel is required, typically 30-50%, subject to COVID-19 protocols and approvals from both St. Onge Company and client. M/F/Vets/Disability
