The objective of this program is to hire top talent from campuses to train and develop into future leaders in manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, quality, and distribution areas for the Operations team of Milwaukee Tool. The program takes graduates through rotations within the pillars of our Operations, with the opportunities of mentorship, training and leadership being provided in addition to hands on work experience.

Rotations will typically last six months and are based on a combination of Milwaukee Tool strategic objectives, specific departmental needs, technical qualifications (coursework and degree) and interests of the ODP candidate.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • ACADEMIC — TARGET 3.0 GPA OR ABOVE
  • LEADERSHIP — DEMONSTRATED LEADERSHIP IN ORGANIZATIONS, SPORTS, ACTIVITIES
  • PASSION FOR OPERATIONS TYPE ROLES
  • MOBILITY — LOCATION FLEXIBLE
  • MAJORS COULD INCLUDE: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ENGINEERING TECH, SUPPLY CHAIN
