We are dedicated to producing audio in any format that challenges listeners, inspires their curiosity, and incites joy.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Operations Coordinator, Podcast Advertising will support Pushkin’s ad-supported podcasts business. This role will help strengthen the relationship between Pushkin and our external sales partners at iHeartMedia. The Operations Coordinator will oversee the week-to-week production of our host-read ad spots, by ferrying copy, deadlines, and critical information to producers and hosts on a weekly basis. The coordinator will ensure our new podcasts and new seasons of podcasts are kicked off to the sales team in a timely manner and will be responsible for setting ads inventory in our hosting platform Megaphone. The Operations Coordinator will work with the operations team to ensure promos and house ads are produced and trafficked. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESTrack incoming podcast ads and ensure copy and deadlines are sent to the corresponding hosts and producersEnsure podcast ads are produced on time and sent to the iHeartMedia team to trafficOccasionally dial in to advertising recordings with hostsAttend kick-off calls with advertising clients Vet incoming advertiser requests on behalf of VP of Operations and hostsWork closely with iHeartMedia’s pre-sale team to brainstorm custom integrations and added value ideas for certain campaignsEnsure all podcast teams are recording house ads and iHeartRadio promos with appropriate CTAsSend promo assets to iHeartRadio team for traffickingBuild inventory in podcast CMS for each showTraffic promo assets as neededSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of work experienceProven project management skillsImpeccable organizational skills and an affinity for spreadsheetsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to meet hard deadlines and prioritize across projectsInterest in understanding the podcast landscape and audio trendsPrevious media experience — advertising and/or podcast experience a plusThis is a full-time staff position that will start remotely then be based in New York, NY with a hybrid work arrangement.
