Nasdaq Investment Intelligence (II) Global Data and Index Licensing Services is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Product and Project Support team.

Your role and responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage weekly market data policy discussions with core internal teams
• Document current policy interpretations to create a reference catalogue for uniform policy application
• Work with developers to initiate, support, test and implement internal and external system enhancements
• Maintain database of global agreements and forms for updates to external website
• Develop and review operational procedures to drive business efficiencies
• Support internal teams with routine and ad hoc reports to provide business intelligence
• Work with accounting and financial departments to support new billing models
• Create standard operating procedures on current and new processes and provide basic user training as required
• Perform data reconciliations to ensure compliance with market data policies, licensing and billing rules
• Collaborate with internal teams to strategize on improving client satisfaction
• Administer market data partner agreements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions

We expect you to have

• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team to drive success and innovation
• Technical savviness with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
