The Millennium Challenge Corporation is hiring one or more Results Reporting Analysts (RRAs), which is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for recent undergraduates in our Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Division. This position exposes RRAs to evidence-based project design and decision-making for international development projects, provides in-depth experience managing the quarterly monitoring and reporting process to informs program decision-making, and more! Job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Collecting, managing, packaging and disseminating preidentified program data by country and sector on a quarterly basis, including conducting quality control for completeness and accuracy, and managing changes to historical data
  • Providing research, analysis and presentation support for short-notice results reporting/information requests and ad hoc reports for management and external sources
  • Performing quarterly updates to the M&E pages of MCC’s external website
  • Working with MCC’s Management Information System (MIS) team on user acceptance testing, requirements definition, data modeling, data migration, and guidance documents
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

The position requires the following qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Economics, International Development, International Relations, or a related discipline
  • Strong skills and demonstrated ability for attention to detail for work involving quantitative data, e.g., cleaning, analyzing, presenting or interpreting quantitative data
  • Strong capability with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including document editing and layout design
  • Less than five years of full-time work experience

Applicants who also possess the following desired qualifications are especially encouraged to apply:

  • Internship, volunteer, or other work experience involving international economic development
  • Training/experience with data visualization
  • Training/experience with statistical methods
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and/or website development
  • Proficiency in foreign languages, particularly French and Spanish (include reference to level of proficiency for reading, writing, and oral communications)
