Job Description:This role is mainly working on researching and developing innovative mechanisms and methodology for applications of warehouse and logistic automation.Position Requirements: Knowledge of robotics, including kinematics, motion planning, manipulation, etc.Good knowledge of robot arm end effector design. Mechatronic system design skills.Conduct advanced research and engineering in hardware designing, motion planning and controlling for robotic manipulation.Apply research results to real-world applications with high quality implementation Integrate the resulting system/software into existing Dorabot Platform.Good communication skills.Self management; Able to work independently, has strong research and problem solving skills.Flexible work hours (hybrid of onsite/remote).Preferred Qualifications:Currently enrolled in graduate school program; Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.paper published on well-known journals or top conferences.Professional mechanical design experience, including pneumatic and robotic systems.Strong background in robotic manipulation.Good Programming Skills.
