The Main Responsibilities
As an IT Analyst in our Strategic Planning and Transformation organization, you will be a part of team supporting products including HyperWAN and Fiber+ working on developing different solutions to make the dispatch tech successful and make the install run smoothly.
The intern candidate for this role, should be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams, team members and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver solutions.
- Designs, modifies, debugs and develops software solutions
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests for software solutions
- Ability to apply engineering logic to solve technical business problems
- Ability to adapt and work in a changing fast paced environment
- Identified DevOps related automations (to help with delivering solutions with speed and quality)
- Proof of concept to address solution to monitoring/alerting applications
- Documentation of automation developed and roll out strategy
- Help on architecting solutions, coordinate with solution architects to develop and draw solution diagrams
- Ability to adapt and work in a changing fast paced environment
What We Look For in a Candidate
• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior or master’s level education status at the start of the internship, graduating August 2022 – May 2023.
• Education/Degree: In pursuit of degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or similar technical degree field is preferred.
• Position will be located in our Littleton, CO Office. OR remote during the 10 week internship
Proficiency and understanding of;
o Any Programming language hands-on – Java, NodeJs, .net
o Backend database knowledge – SQL, NOSQL (mongo)
• Software Development understanding
• Agile conceptual understanding
• Strong drive for results and taking initiative
• Ability to be resourceful and adaptable
• Ability to collaborate and have agility while making effective decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with business partners and drive the conversation.
• Flexible and adapts well to change
• US work authorization
