The Main Responsibilities

The intern for the eCommerce team will learn the ins and outs of getting our products and services in the marketplace. They will work with the Program Management team primarily but also get exposure to IT Development, Product, Digital Marketing, DX & UX, and Finance.

Main Responsibilities:

•   Tracking sales and traffic via the marketplace dashboard and reporting out on their findings – including data interpretation and suggested improvements/changes.

•   Assisting with marketplace communications (internal and external)

•   Working with the program management team on project tracking and communication

•   Partnering with the Analytics team on dashboard initiatives and improvements

•   Chat team training and compliance (Learn/Buy space)

•   Financial reporting

•   Journey mapping

•   Post order submit order tracking

What We Look For in a Candidate

 

  • Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior or master’s level education status at the start of the internship, graduating August 2023 – June 2024
  • Major/Degree: In pursuit of degree in Business, Marketing or similar Field
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum Master Program (preferred)
  • Specialty in digital marketing and eCommerce highly desired
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a quick study
  • Aptitude for learning and presenting findings
  • A drive to understand emerging technologies, trends and philosophies in marketing, communications, technology and social media
  • Strong drive for results and taking initiative
  •  Ability to be resourceful and adaptable
