Develop data-backed sourcing and negotiation strategies that deliver against business objectives and achieves sustainable relationships with suppliers. Develop spend and pricing optimization strategies for Tier 1 CMs. Construct and maintain Capital Expenditure tracker for quarterly spend analysis and price agreement negotiation. Develop should-cost tools for Tier 1 suppliers’ quarterly price agreement negotiations. Build and maintain an internal relational database for the storage of both T1 and T2 supplier information. Construct and analyze Tier 2 vendors’ forecast to ensure visibility down the supply chain. Output Tier 2 vendor usage report for supplier management and sourcing strategy development. Maintain and validate multi-sourced Tier 2 components’ allocations among vendors. Work collaboratively with other Global Supply Managers to ensure the price implementation at CMs. Create data visualizations for quarterly spend analysis and internal management report.  

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry or related. Two (2) years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, data management or a combination thereof. Employer will accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry or related in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and two (2) years of experience as described above. 


Academic background, internship, or work experience to include: Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel; R, Python or Tableau; ERP system; Data cleaning; Database management; Supply chain management and procurement operations; and Contract negotiation. Successful completion of reference and background checks is required.
