Performs advance geographic information systems (GIS) data development, integration and analysis, produces maps and graphics, and extracts, analyzes and reports data. Provides technical assistance and support of transportation planning projects. Work requires contact with governmental agencies. [Serves as Lead Worker or Project Leader]. This job requires the following: Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline This job requires the following: 4 years in cartography, mapping, surveying, or related experience. using environmental Systems research Institute (ESRI) products in cartographic production, GIS or GPS analysis(Experience can be satisfied by fulltime or prorated parttime equivalent)No supervisory experience required.Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year per year basis.
